I can't think of any other game character from 2025 that embodies, "weird little guy," better than Irvine (Everhood 2). They are a trash rat that can't help but derail every plot point they interact with.
I absolutely loved how this commission came out! The Cat Merchant from Kitsune Tails has such a fun design and I adore this more whimsical take on the character.
Here's another commission for my #CommArchive ! This character is Chase from the game #Everhood2 , drawn by the awesome @chromalyri.bsky.social . They are not the most admirable or quirky character in the game, but they are enough of a redeemable loser that they stole my heart~💚
The final result is really fun. Thanks for taking on the commission! I made this stupid photoshop of a GameCube mimic right as COVID-19 lockdowns began. Despite making it as a shitpost, I kept thinking about it and getting a chuckle out of it. Now I'm cursing y'all by showing it to you.
Ch. 18 is a contained story where Behji (the short anthro fox coworker of the protagonist) has to track down the stalker of his new crush. Said crush is Tui, a particularly androgynous anthro fox. After the stalker is caught, Behji asks Tui out on a date... and Tui is revealed to be a guy. [3/4]
A Witch's Printing Office is a fun manga. Mochinichi's writing takes the concept of fantasy Comiket to fun places, and Yasuhiro Miyama's art perfectly exaggerates the cool parts of fantasy worlds. However, the series is primarily a comedy and some of the swings it takes are misses. [2/4]
My first #CommArchive piece is this lovely commission drawn by @cheesesodaart.bsky.social at Otakon 2023. It depicts Tui and Behji (from the manga A Witch's Printing Office) having a romantic moment with each other. I adore the final piece and I was happy to put my own spin on a disappointment.[1/4]
Yes, I'm a real person! The reason I chose the name "CommSketchGuy" is because finding an artist to commission has been one of my main hobbies whenever I go to a convention. If you'd like see detail versions of these pieces, check out the posts tagged #CommArchive from my profile!
First post, so I might as well start with my most recent commission! This one is a nice little moment from the #EldenRing #ShadowOfTheErdtree DLC. The artist is Kevin Bolk. You can find all his socials on his website: www.kevinbolk.com
