Not going well in coal country. “These guys are being treated like disposable widgets, not human beings. … We’re watching them die right before our eyes.”
This lede from the AP. “Several” of the ICE agent’s close relatives. Wow.
Remember Fetterman and a few senators could have required, as a condition for ICE funding, a stricter policy against shooting people. They could’ve required special counsel to investigate Renee Good’s murder. Instead they showered ICE with cash, and now they act like all this is unexpected.
Fantastic footnote in Minnesota judge’s landmark decision rejecting grand jury subpoenas when he notes Blanche accused Governor Walz of terrorism based on a report that agents FABRICATED about being attacked. Guessing Blanche has not apologized.
Fetterman’s first public comments are about what’s good for Netanyahu, nothing on the serious economic pain Pennsylvanians have been through, which is totally unresolved by this “deal.”
This is one of the House races that will have an outsized impact on the pursuit of justice and accountability in the next two years. Was great to see Democrats focused, united, and packing a room so early in the summer.
In the Orwellian world of TikTok they have taken down another one of my videos and refused to allow me to appeal. Presumably for the same reason Trump is blocking the satellites I discuss in this video!
In a classic Ben Franklin move he suggested putting my children up on this ledge for photo purposes. A true innovator. Happy Memorial Day.
I posted this on TikTok today in response to the Jan 6 slush fund and it was almost immediately taken down. Almost like the platform is trying to help Trump…
Big oil spent $450 million to elect Trump and has earned 100x that just since the start of the Iran war.
It’s pretty cool we have people in “red” areas who set things aside in their lives to run write-in campaigns to make sure Republicans don’t go unopposed. Here is one, my new friend Sue Mulvey, who is doing this in Crawford County. I’ve seen it other places too. They refuse to be counted out.
Re Voting Rights Act and Republican gerrymandering: “I think you have to step back and remember, what are they doing here? They are trying to keep a majority of congressional seats with a minority of public support….It’s not how democracy is supposed to work.”
Gave me chills to look at this again after the voting rights decision. In 2021 I was starting to speak in churches and asked a colleague who was a pastor and had been in SCLC for help. He was generous enough to write this for me on the House floor. If you see this @cleaver.house.gov thank you.
If you’re anywhere near Bucks County on Saturday, we’d love your help talking to voters about these essential races for the future of democracy.
Since Hegseth was asking for $1.5 trillion from Congress today — keep in mind much of that goes to contractors not the troops — here’s a chart showing how unbalanced that would make us. The only thing even close to defense is debt service.
I guess the administration is done taking a stand against violent rhetoric. This is the Secretary of War saying America’s greatest enemies are not those we are currently at war with, but Congressional Democrats. Several of whom served honorably in uniform.
This week in Schuylkill County PA, for the first time in TWENTY YEARS, the Democrats gained registered voters while Republicans lost them. Change is gonna come.
Made this for TikTok to try to get the younger people to see why a military draft pushed by a major military contractor is corruption, Palantir showing the exact opposite of what the military teaches about leadership.
A real senator would hammer away at an administration that caused 130,000 of their constituents to lose healthcare because they couldn’t afford it. But you hear more from Fetterman and McCormick about affordable bulldozers for Israel than about affordable healthcare for Pennsylvania. Pathetic.
Trump made healthcare $367 more expensive every month in Juniata County, PA. Highest in the state. So I went there today to help the local candidates.
Anyone else notice @fetterman.senate.gov lost his “moral clarity” right around the time Trump was threatening war crimes?
Maybe people are sick of these posts but I can't get over it. Put these 120k people on Medicaid for a year and it equates to ONE DAY OF THE WAR WITH IRAN. The cost of a single day.
Today I’m going to pray for all the Christians who haven’t seen through this yet and tomorrow go back to working to make it impossible for them to ignore.
Pennsylvania, let’s make it impossible for this poor excuse for a senator to miss the true meaning of #NoKings today.
We could have funded the ACA this year for what we already spent on Iran
I’ll be at 4 No Kings rallies around western PA this Saturday: Sewickley, Greensburg, Johnstown, and Mt. Lebanon. Wherever you are, please get out and make your voice heard.
Sorry if anyone believed this vigilante would do a thing to protect their rights. Not what he does.
