I don't even like SF6 like that but why is this the current state of the FGC
6) Raccoin (2026) solid idea, taking those penny-pusher machines you'd see all the time as a kid and giving them the Balatro treatment but unfortunately it feels like it's missing a bit of the sauce that makes other roguelikes so addicting for me, it gets old faster than you'd hope
5) Super Meat Boy 3D (2026) it's uhh...it's Super Meat Boy in 3D alright could only stomach the light world levels as after a certain point I just knew getting the dark world unlocked for later worlds would be a nightmare, let alone finishing those levels, but it's a solid platformer
so I found another theory regarding Ghost Rider's team and it planted this lineup into my brain can the reveal just drop already I'm tired of second-guessing predictions
reply with 🐱 and I'll give you a letter to list 4 of your favorite characters I got T Testament, Tina Armstrong, Tharja and Trunks
4) Slay the Spire II (2026, early access) yes I know it's cheating to put an early access game on here but I'd call STS2 fully featured enough as it is to warrant an inclusion phenomenal roguelike, you could lose hours at a time to it without realising and that's ok cause it's just that fun
threw this together in like 10 minutes last night looking at everyone’s odds of being added to SF6 in seasons 4 and 5
this will be our fourth reimagining of the original Star Fox, we've become exceedingly efficient at it
so Rooflemonger had a source corroborate Tifa and Vega being in, but NOT Haggar or Gouken and IIRC the Vega/Sakura/Mika leak didn't say anything about the "newcomer" not being a guest I guess this might be it, then
3) The Super Mario Galaxy Movie (2026) god damn did this movie bite off more than it could chew, felt like it prioritised cramming as many nods to different games as possible and some were handled better than others still a fun time though
2) Poker Night at the Inventory (2010) might as well include this here; big ups to Skunkape for getting this re-released, it's a lovely poker sim with lovely character interactions even if Tycho's presence couldn't date it any more if it tried
watching Rose's SFV story again after everything that's happened in SF6 lately
Fatal Fury: AI slop in trailers and the Crown Prince's fuckbuddies in the base roster Tekken: promised a "back to basics" patch, came out with even more focus on brainless offensive play than ever before Street Fighter:
1) Resident Evil: Requiem (2026) a lovely way to celebrate RE's 30th anniversary, highlighting the best bits of both the horror and action sides of the franchise it has a few hiccups here and there but overall, solid time
RGG have already shown themselves willing to platform sex offenders AND they had this fuckstain come by their direct this is gonna be COTW 2: Sportswashing Boogaloo isn't it
if I had a nickel for every time a respected Japanese game developer decided to torch decades of goodwill by platforming a sex offender, I'd have two nickels which isn't a lot, but frankly it shouldn't have even happened once let alone twice in one year
