There are many names I might give this orchid... Lady slipper isn’t one of them. Did you know they have a cool symbiotic relationship with fungus? They need a very specific fungus to germinate, it’s a magical mycelium kind of thing.

Home from #GDC and while I was stacked with meetings and events, I still got go take in some of San Francisco… great arts culture here!
