I mean, footballers don't tend to group together for a posed photo when they lose matches, let alone the biggest match of the footballing calendar, but you go off LinkedIn guy, preach that mountain high sermon with a drizzle of Messi glaze

I've been a Messi guy for as long as I can remember. He's the reason I'm left-footed. I'm right-handed, started out right-footed, and changed because I wanted to play like him.

But what keeps me in awe alongside his magic, is his character. His teammates adore him. He shares credit and absorbs blame. He understands deeply that the wins and the losses come out of the same journey.

The colleagues I enjoy working with most operate the same way. Success is ours. Shortcomings are mine. That’s how teams move forward!
