Fancy French dinner for our anniversary last night. Highlights include the no-alcohol amaretto sour, the savoury pane au chocolate (with pork blood sausage instead of chocolate - astonishing) and the charred zucchini with goats cheese and prosciutto.

Chickpea panisse, / blue mackerel, green apple oil, pickled fennel.

Pane au (I dunno), AF Amatetti sour (amaretti + lime).
