i've been slacking on vintage story but this is my seraph in my main world for 1.22 atm : ) they're trying so hard to keep it together & be joyous [ #🎨theartroom | #artistsonbsky | #vintagestory ]

unrendered but coloured busts of my vintage story character over various periods of time; in the first two she goes by the name elysia, with she/her pronouns. in the last drawing they go by ellis, they/he pronouns.
in the very first drawing, elysia is shown prior to the rot in her normal life; she's pale but has a flushed face with rosacea-ridden cheeks. she wears deep, vibrant blues and has her black braided hair wrapped in ribbons. she has wide blue eyes. the caption above her reads, "pre-rot: painter, potter & tilemaker, illuminator. joyous & whimsical : )"
in the second, she's paler, face a bit gaunter, dark circles around her eyes. she wears a simple wimple and pale blue gown. the caption reads, "during rot, cave time: not much time for art (she tries though) mainly making pottery for necessity"
the third drawing, where elysia– now ellis– has been returned to earth as a seraph, they've grown a bit of stubble and the hint of a beard, their black hair longer and put into a much messier fishbraid. their skin is now a pale, icy blue, ears a bit pointed and pupils reflective. they wear a rusty red cardigan, grey shirt, and a mustard-coloured scarf. the caption reads "seraph time!! life is hell, but at least there's time for fun art again!"

the seraph stands on a grassy hill as rain pours and wind blows hard. the sky is red, full of rusty gears and dark clouds. in the distance, the thunderlord walks across the landscape, nearly touching the clouds, the lightning striking his metallic limbs and horns. it has no effect on the thunderlord.

the work in progress part of the previous image— the lines and flat colours for my seraph, standing in the grass with their hair billowing in the wind and a vice-grip on a bucket of water, staring in awe at the sight of the thunderlord, a sky-scraping beast made entirely of rusted metal, as it walks across the landscape. despite being so far away, the thunderlord still manages to look huge. lightning is surrounding and striking its metallic limbs and horns, seemingly to no care of the creature.

two flat-coloured panels. in the first, ursi from the r0bot1ctaco reuploads and funtime freddy as depicted in 'count the ways' are talking excitedly amongst themselves, ursi's tail wagging very cutely, and kinda ironically, given there's two big arrows pointing at them labelled "Gushing about Literally blood & guts". in the background, funtime freddy & bon-bon as depicted in the main-series games are stood at a distance, looking at them with concern.
the second panel is a zoom-in on funtime freddy & bon-bon, freddy's eyebrows furrows in concern as he mutters to bon-bon, "i think those-ose two need a y-you." bon-bon has a hand to his chest in a 'good heavens!' sort of manner as he hums emphatically in agreement.

okokok summery arttt beach episodeee i'm really liking doing backgrounds lately i have no idea why bc they kind of make me struggle [ #🎨theartroom | #💝peachesandcream | #art | #selfship | #selfshipart ]

a rendered beach scene with masen (oc by @rulerofpurple) and liu (that's me!) by the shore. the beach lies next to a rocky cliff with large, eroded rocks nearby. the sky is bright & clear, so the water is a very pretty blue with sparkles of sunlight. in the distance, there's seagulls flying around, and even farther off, a boat on the water.
liu and masen are each in swimwear–for masen that's just swim trunks with an accent of floral patterning, for liu, he's got a cropped tanktop on, a sheer button-up that is not at all buttoned & is in fact blowing in the wind a bit, swim shorts, and sunglasses. he's splashing some water masen's way mischievously, while masen backs up with a laugh. the water has missed him entirely.

a work in progress with a rendered beach shore, cliffs and ocean rocks can be seen in the distance as well as seagulls & a lone boat out on the water. the scene is sunny & bright, so the water is sparkling pleasantly.
not yet rendered is masen (oc by @rulerofpurple) and liu (that's me!) in beachwear and slightly in the water, liu splashing water masen's way as he backs up and laughs.

really loving #friendOS btw it's maybe the best gwyn i've ever been able to make in the tooniverse (not technically). look at this. that's peak gwyn (you can't see his rat tail I'm So Sorry)

all four images are different angles of a brown tabby cat resting on the top of a door cat tower, his front left leg hanging lazily off the side. however he's somehow contorted his bones to where the arm just looks like, uncannily long. it sort of resembles a spider leg, as if he somehow manifested an extra joint for his arm. regardless of the different angles, it just looks weird as hell no matter how you look at him.

a coloured, unrendered knee-up drawing showcasing my design of funtime freddy as a human (moreso a gijinka, he's still got the bear ears and tail). he's a white man large in both size & stature, with curly hair that matches the white of his ears, with a streak of lilac purple. he's wearing the same purple eyeshadow, lipstick & nail polish i usually draw him with, also with purple glitter on his cheekbones, like freckles (he does also have just regular ol' freckles though). he's also still got the same wooly purple shawl & dark purple shorts i always draw him with, this time also including magenta tights & a sleeveless, knit blue sweater with a boob window shaped like a heart (he's got chest hair there. teehee.) he's winking at the viewer with a toothy grin, biting his tongue & doing the little finger heart thing with his hand.
