the scotus must be abolished. If it can't be abolished then major reforms, and public oversight must be a point for left candidates going forward. - Term limits of 8 years (2 terms) - Must be below age 65 - Justices must be voted on by the states - The public must be allowed to impeach justices.
The scotus didn’t uphold mail in voting because they believe in democracy. They did it because a good chunk of their voter base are older and tend to vote by mail more than other demographics. They are protecting their base, pure and simple.
