Part one of my stamp project is done. They are divided by subject & set into a safe album. Next I need to label with my photo safe pen on the lines under the stamps and decide what I want to do with the duplicates. #stamps yes I know I have trouble relaxing & am working on it in therapy 😝
Oldest stamps I’ve found so far that members have sent on their donation envelopes. Note: these are all used stamps, I won’t be selling these. I want the info to know the set they came from to organize & keep them safe.
Next project sorting the stamps I’ve collected from the letters at work. I have a plan. We shall see over time if it works out. I had to go to hospital yesterday & due to what I have standing isn’t good at least for today, because I start to fall over, so sitting & laying down projects it is
Okay if I’m honest w/ you my reaction when I read the last word was “I’m finally done”. The first half was really good & I’d still encourage you to read it. 2nd half was slooowww. The points that could have been interesting were under explored & as is the way w/ too much fantasy … #booksky
I sincerely hope that Chuck Tingle remains one of the good ones his whole life. He just seems so nice and that’s so refreshing nowadays.
Graham gloated about “killing all the right people”. He was a large supporter of funding & over providing Israel with weapons to murder citizens of Palestine. You don’t need to feel bad when these people pass. It’s like feeling bad for a Nazi dying. So tone deaf.
Anyone, else watch Captain Kangaroo growing up? It was in reruns on CBC and PBS for me growing up. He always kinda reminded me of if a Beatles musician & a walrus had a child 😆 loved his show as a kid.

FB wouldn’t let me post image of candidate list. So I wrote out the summary in reply to person. They still wrote back that “it does not specify” in the article. W/ all kindness, it’s a list! If they aren’t on the list they ain’t comin’. The event is being held at our library it isn’t a conspiracy 🤦♀️
They make videos like this to increase engagement but I hate it. I’ll listen to all you have to say about the book if you just show it to me. I don’t have the patience or the attn span to wait for you to flip it nor do I have the memory to retain what you babbled on about while I await the flip.
This is still a work in progress. Started it last year and put it away to work on winter holiday items. Added on the purple walls, painted pumpkin and cat today, plus some yellow in windows. Still lots to do but need to let dry before adding more layers next time.
Our little moth has come out of the cocoon. It’s so pretty and its like neck cowl is so fluffy! ❤️ we are going to set her free into our garden tonight under the advisement of @lydiajoypalmer.bsky.social I want to try this again with more caterpillars next year.
Forgot to take a before of the whole garden but the first photo behind my wild flowers is basically what the whole thing looked like plus trees and honeysuckle. The second photo is the after. It’s still not great but a large improvement #gardening
Me to husband: I’ll just spend ten min outside. Me 20 min later: um I murdered weeds. Please bring an oversized trash bag.
Even the breeze isn’t helping today. Feels like you step outside into an oven that has been preheated to 350 F. Keeping outside time to under 2 min at a time and taking frequent breaks.
