This is a conservative estimate. 26% is correct if you use the most generous numbers for labor wages. However, in 1978 average pay was $10-15K. Today, average pay is $50-75K. At the low range, worker pay didn't rise much at all. (~7% over 48 years) So it's 7-26%. That's a big range, Bob.
