had a BIGGER AND WEIRDER time at the ppac seeing @alyankovic.bsky.social the other night! sprung for the meet and greet and the boy and i now both have one of a kind signed “just for me” posters (and al didn’t say he hated my “melanie” story in “the illustrated al”, so i’ll chalk that up as a win)

found this first pass at the cover pencil for YOUNG HELLBOY PRESENTS 1... (revised by reducing the art for logo placement and ended up simplifying/redrawing the ghost leopard)... (psst...issue 2 is out now)
completely stalled on this "do a 'just for me' concert poster featuring EVERY SONG on FLOOD for the 30th ... 32nd anniversary tour!" @tmbg.bsky.social idea (and quickly dropped the CMYK limitations i set on myself, too)... will i finish? who knows...

thoroughly enjoy the fact that some spots around here are serving heady topper (not that heading to VT for a beer run isn’t fun)… great lunch in bristol, ri after a bike ride earlier in the day with my better half… now, back to the drawing board.
