Two weeks’ worth of comicy goodness!

This book started off a little rocky, but starting with the Year One arc it has been excellent! Definitely worth picking up!

Reading through this wonderful series, and I had no idea that fate was an Xtreme Edgelord in the ‘90s!

We had an absolute blast on our short little road trip! The 12 hour drives three days apart we’re a little much, but the boys were troopers do the whole way. And, we got to stop at Bucc-ee’s in Tennessee on the way home! It’s a little overwhelming, but boy is their brisket sandwich amazing!

This series is terrific! You should either catch up on the app or get the trade when it comes out. Great story and art!

Man, this is so, good! Fraction and Jimenez are creating an instant classic that will be read decades from now. I love the fact that he has Bruce Wayne with bodyguards as if he needed them! This is consistently an A+ book!

This book has been PHENOMENAL with Taylor and Janin! Every issue tops the last. I wish it was biweekly!

I switched my shipping to once a month, and hoo boy do I have a lot of comics to read! Part 1 of 2.

Had to get this as part of my DCBS order. From about 1980 until 1987 I would get a subscription every year for my birthday. I loved it.

Friends, tbis is what happens when you switch your comics to once a month instead of biweekly! I’m gonna switch back; the sheer number of comics in this box is overwhelming. Happy Sunday!

I’ve decided I want to collect all the books of my favorite author, Kurt Vonnegut. So I asked for this one for Father’s Day and got it today. I really look forward to reading all these again. He’s a magnificent writer.

One of my favorite podcasts, @ifanboy.com did a booksplode on this. I’ve never read it, so no time like the present!

Two of the best third basemen to ever play the game in the Phillies booth last night. (I’m biased, but I think Schmitty is #1).

This is pretty good, but I’m honestly just here for the art. I think this one might get cut, I need to get my ridiculous pull list under control.

This series was really good, but felt a little padded. I think I’m gonna trade wait for “season two”.

Peep that Dave Stevens stunning cover! This miniseries is great! It’s so cool they can use public domain characters like Popeye and Tintin!

This was terrific! I expect nothing less from Ryan North these days!

Friends, tbis is so good. SO GOOD!! Fraction is telling one hell of a story, and Ryan Sook’s art was perfect for this issue. I love Jorge Jiminez, but this was a nice change of pace. If you’re not reading the main Batman tale, you should be (and Detective comics is pretty sweet too)!

Believe it or not, this tiny little screw cost me $40! (Because it was in my goddamn tire and I had to get it plugged!)

Man, I love the compact editions almost as much as I love the DC Finest collections!
