My oldest is going on 13. At 9, she outlived all her clutchmates. She was always the boss. We got younger hens when the others had died, largely because she was so down when alone. TigerLily bosses them too. She laid an occasional blue egg until she was 9ish. Huge respect to Scooter & the old hens.

Yes. Had to get my night guard resurfaced because I had worn so many teeth marks in it. Started listening to self hypnosis on Insight Timer. Doing some jaw exercises for the tinnitus. Dentist suggested PT &/or dry needling. Considering going to acupuncture and wondering about Botox. So, yes.
