Henceforth, I declare that we call Trump the Crypt Keepers abandoned brother. The similarities aren't that far off, almost like one has the money to spend on skin cream while the other lives on the street.
Now I feel like booting up my old Pentium 100 and load up Might and Magic Book 1. I feel like an old school dungeon crawler as I hide in the basement to avoid this insane heat wave.
Finally getting a chance to play Quest RPG: Brian's Journey. I am one of the few that enjoyed Quest 64 when it came out, but just starting the demake shows how different the game would have been with more time. The spell system is also so different from the N64 version.
I think this might be the final version. Will let it sit for a bit to make sure I'm happy with it.
I don't know why @gog.com doesn't post this here. I know that I enjoy having a collection of game installers that I copied to external drives for safe archiving.
Been working a new phoenix for the last few weeks to replace the current logo for @crimsontear.com. Trying to make it closer to the old one but much higher quality. Might still tweak a few things, but I think it's already a huge step from the last one.
Seeing this poster reminds me of Trump's green reflecting pool. I wonder if that is where his supporters are expected to rise once they are eventually "gone under"?
The outrage by the poorly educated over symbols in a @gog.com newsletter needs to stop. If you see a connection to Nazi symbols, you are the issue. If your email program showed them as a different symbol, maybe look there for Nazi connections. See the image below if you require more knowledge.
The only Super Nintendo game that is better than Chrono Trigger is Terranigma. If you disagree, go play Terranigma.
Terranigma. Best Super Nintendo ARPG in my opinion. Play it at least once every 2 years.
D.W. Bradley's Wizards & Warriors has so many neat NPCs. I really wish this game would get a modern remake. While great as is, it is so obvious they wanted to do so much more. 🖥️🎮🕹️👾 #RetroVGames
I love the extra dialogue that enemies have in Wizards & Warrior's. It makes each foe feel so fresh, even if they often look the same.
I created this reaper for the Death Wish spell for my Wizardry 8 guide, but today it feels like it could float down a crowded street and no one would be surprised. The world has gone insane.
To get my mind off of the craziness of the world, it's time to dive into a more lighter world filled with undead and creatures that are trying to rip your party to shreads. Activision's Wizards and Warriors didn't get the praise it deserved for its time.
Awful smoke in Winnipeg, Manitoba and possible severe storms tonight. Definitely not a good night to spend outdoors.
Winnipeg is much higher. Don't know which is considered a major city but it is larger than Minneapolis.
Really loving the artwork of Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei. The game is a bit grindy, but not so much that it becomes frustrating.
Next up for me is the SNES version of Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei. Never tried a single entry of this series, but expecting a very dark ride.
Hmm... Patrof sounds like a country that used to be peaceful but now has an issue with masked men disappearing people on the streets.
Next I am playing 7th Saga on the SNES. This one was really hard for the North American release, so I'll patch it this time to bring the stats back where they should have been.
Yes, it was released on other systems in Japan, but the only English release is on the TurboGrafx-CD.
I forgot how bad the localization was on Breath of Fire 2. So thankful that a retranslation is available.
