I'd like to say I rescue animals but honestly they rescue me. I am an avid baker. I also cuss like a sailor so be warned. Blue dot in a red state.
I too have a coonhound. To say hounds are vocal in an understatement. He yells at me often throughout the day just because 😂
OMGosh...he looks so much like my daughter's rescue Rayna. Only he is half her size.
My 2 goofy girls. Remy on the right was left in a box on my driveway as a pup & Gilly on the left was relinquished because her previous owners said she was "too much dog".
It's a bit more complicated then that depending if they are in session or adjourned
My horses are like this too. Hamilton had his whole head stuck in the round bale eating & decided to show me the outcome 😂
We bought a sprinkler pool but she became aggressively territorial & popped it in about 30 minutes 😂
My Gilly loves water SO much that if I took her to the beach she would probably dislocate my shoulder trying to get to the water. I set up the sprinkler & she won't let the other dogs get near it 😂

Fiona the cat wanted me to show you what we give Gilly. I give her a spoonful of this pumpkin with her morning food & add a bit of water. It really seems to help keep her belly calm.

My daughter rescued a over bred staffy. She was scared of everything & would constantly shake. The 1 pic is the day my daughter adopted her. The other is me visiting a few years later & I fell asleep on the couch. Rayna crawled up to snuggle. She is absolutely the most affectionate & happy dog now!
