I forgot to add a very important one last year! Exit 8 (japanese movie) Summary: the less you know, the better Score: 9/10, this was scarier and better than i thought. Psychological and a little bit of physical horror! Thrilling experience tbh

Idol I (kdrama) Summary: a closeted fan of a boy group becomes her bias' attorney when he becomes the prime suspect of a murderer. Score: 8.5/10 This was just so adorable and cute 🥹 honestly loved every part of it. A bit of suspense in a really cute romantic drama. I do have one sidenote tho! 1/2

Love Through A Prism (anime) This was such a comfortable and cute show to watch, even made my shoujo heart happy 🥹 not entirely realistic, but such a beautiful piece about love and friendship and the appreciation of art. The last episode felt a bit underwhelming to me. The journey however 🤌🤌 (1/2)

Chosen Home [jdrama] I think this is both a masterpiece and somewhat lacking and it's really hard to explain but I'll try my best in the next few posts. Summary: A clumsy romantic, an aloof teacher and a troubled teen cross paths, forming an unlikely household. (1/5) Score: 7.5/10

Our Generation [cdrama] It started off really well but then got a bit meh and by the end it got better again. The show is cute and wholesome but experiences a few hiccups and a little bit too much misery in comparison to its sweetness. At some point the ML was barely present in the episodes. +

So, did I mention watching The Summer Hikari Died? The Twin Peaks vibes and the symbolism 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 It did get a bit uhhhhh suggestive at times and it felt rather unsettling in the context, but I guess that also kind of added to it! 8/10, the atmosphere was AMAZING

[US medical drama] The Pitt A day in the life of understaffed and underfunded ER doctors. This was just... Really really good. It got better with every episode. And then that finale? Hooooly. That really did things to me. Fair warning: lots of triggering wounds/deaths/events. Solid 9/10.

[cartoon/movie] Hotel Transylvania Finally watched this one on Halloween after yearsssss of planning to! Genuinely really funny movie. Also very interesting to... Dive back into, uh... 2012 memes and songs. But peak humor for sure. 8/10

[jdrama] I LOVED The Greatest Teacher. At first it seemed a bit awkward, but that changed rather quickly. It's got a heavy and loaded atmosphere, but becomes very heartwarming and welcoming at the same time. Also! Wednesday Campanella's singer Utaha plays a role as one of the students 🙂‍↕️

[jdrama] I remember really enjoying Dearest, but I feel like it wasn't very impactful cause I forgot I watched it. It's still a nice and even emotional thriller/murder mystery/romance, and god I wish some characters were real, so I think this is a 7 or 7.5/10

[cdrama] The First Frost This is a lovely sibling of Hidden Love and not coincidentally, it's the same universe... Although it's an alternate same universe? The First Frost focuses on the romance of the brother of the female lead in Hidden Love. Except the actors are all different so it feels like-

When The Phone Rings This was... Okay. At first I was like ehh and then I was like ooh but then I was like ehh again and then it kinda got ooh again and idk. It was kinda fun but also kinda hard to finish? But not horrible. 6/10

Recently watched MIU 404. I love those police plots that start really light hearted, but with every episode, you notice the atmosphere becomes heavier. The duo dynamic is also amazing. A solid watch tbh! 8/10

For reasons I ended up rewatching Dr Coto's Clinic season 1, I also watched the special that is rather hard to find online and then watched season 2! Rewatch value 1000%. This entire show is so comforting, oddly nostalgic, bittersweet, and absolutely heartwarming. This one changed my life. 100/10
