Premier Danielle Smith says she will work with Corb Lund to address some of his concerns after his Water Not Coal petition failed. She adds they've already addressed many of his concerns.

Both Premiers Smith and Ford say pipelines are an excellent investment, and have not ruled out using taxpayer dollars to build a cross Canada pipeline.

NEW: Elections Alberta can now verify and publicly disclose the signature count on the Stay Free Alberta petition after Alberta Appeals Court granted a partial stay. However, the ruling does not allow a successful petition to trigger a referendum as the larger appeal continues.
