Amelia and Kareem are now married and had their first child, a girl named Lily! #paralives
Paralives photo dump of my little parafolk, Amelia Hart, and the townie she's now engaged to, Kareem Barnes! I'm enjoying playing with them and have been finding my groove with Parlives in general through them. Anyways I love them too much and will be posting more over time lol
More Amelia pics! I love the para she’s talking to (I think it’s Kian? Unless I’m misremembering his name). I’ve already moved her into my own build after a few real life hours in a premade home (my build is rough but it’ll do for now 😂). It was cute but crowded.
This is Amelia Hart, better screenies will be posted later on lol! She’s creative, friendly, and generally just a ball of sunshine! I havent played with here in live mode yet, but rest assured I have plans for this girl. First impression of Paralives is very good!
Ask and ye shall receive 💜 I’m still deciding if I want to put some finishing touches on it (like shading and some details on the floor) or if I just want to move on to the next idea I have. So I’m it sit in the back of my mind, and I’ll decide later! Ik it’s not perfect, but it was very fun!
Moots! Who else is on UpScrolled? I just made an account there and would love to find everyone! I’m also interested in recommendations for accounts to follow there in general ☺️
Pick up the nearest book, turn to page 42, post the second sentence (Poet and book info in alt text)
Hyperfocusing on songs sure is funny especially when you don’t care about the rest of an artist’s work. Case in point: Ghost being my top music artist this year, even though I only like 3 of their songs 😂 What can I say, those 3 songs just really connected with my ideas for my novel WIP!
Hey so I’m on Mastodon now! I won’t be leaving Bluesky at this point, but given the increasing issues with moderation on here I decided to give mastodon a try If you’re also on there, lmk and I’ll check you out!
Today’s ACNH update: recently I redid the roof, mailbox, and door on my house and I love it so much more now!! Soon I plan to use a free online tool to plan out my island, even though I’m a ways away from getting terraforming unlocked. There’s a lot I know I want to change! #ACNH
ACNH Halloween photo dump, because this was my first ever ACNH Halloween! Honorable mention goes to the screenshot I took in which I later noticed a balloon gift, which I missed, floating in the background 😂
I’ve been making OCs in some capacity for 18 or 19 years so uh, yeah lmao
It’s far from perfect but I really enjoyed making this little doodle of your dog! Thank you so much for giving me a chance to practice my sketching 💜
Book 44: “Haunt Sweet Home” by Sarah Pinsker Finished 10/4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The thing I enjoyed most about this book was the character growth and how I related to her. That said, it lost stars because I was hoping for more horror, and I wasn’t really surprised by the twist. Still, a good book!
Book 43: Night Whispers (Warriors: Omen of the Stars) by Erin Hunter Finished 9/15 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Book 42: “Creativity: a Short and Cheerful Guide” by John Cleese Finished 9/8 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This book lives up to its title, and will likely be added to my permanent library since I’d love to read it again. It truly is short, but full of creative wisdom for everything, not just the arts!
Book 41: Fading Echoes (Warriors: Omen of the Stars) by Erin Hunter Finished 9/4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Book 39: Sunrise (Warriors: the Power of Three) by Erin Hunter Finished 8/7 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Book 38: Long Shadows (Warriors: The Power of Three) by Erin Hunter Finished 7/30 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Book 37: “Eclipse” (Warriors: Power of Three) by Erin Hunter Finished 7/26 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not much new to say here tbh. I’m still enjoying the series, and since I’m behind on posting my reviews I’m keeping the warriors ones brief 😅
Book 36: “Heroic Hearts” edited by Jim Butcher and Karrie L. Hugh’s Finished 7/18 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a great collection of short stories, one of which has since resulted in The Dresden Files being added to my TBR! Definitely worth a read if you like the genre
Book 35: The Faceless Ones (Skulduggery Pleasant) by Derek Landy Finished 7/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is such a fun series! Landy’s unique and humorous voice, compelling characters, and engaging storyline make this series a great read not only for the target audience, but for adults as well
Book 34: Letters to a Stranger edited by Colleen Kinder Finished 6/26 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I adore this collection of essays, and recommend it to everyone (though do be sure to check TWs prior to reading)! I very much want to find more books like it
