quilts as an impossible to beat boss but although nobody can pass her (currently discovered) final phase, you still get loot from her earlier phases and dungeon encounters, so it's still worth running, Also a big community effort to puzzle solve her mechanics, which she seems to actively encourage?

It's not impossible! There's some work arounds, like seeing through the mouth or nose. Or dark fur spots.
