Very excited to do a barber 💈 pop up at a local bar next week. The summer of buzz is on!
I JFDI'd today 1st pop-up barbershop attempt was a stronger success than anticipated. Learned a lot that will make the next one even better while feeling super validated in my assumptions that led to this approach. Met neighbors and met even more dogs. All winning.

Yesterday in haircut, color and design work. Also, I did my first facial and passed that practical exam.
btw, my man Eric, a fellow barbering student about 300 hours out from his license (and in high school) got me *decent* for the show. I was told it was "crayon" which I guess is a thing.
I'll be honest I was not a huge fan of LCD Soundsystem but now that I experienced that shit live? holy hell did I become a fan. I haven't danced that much, that hard, at a show, in a long long time
