My first big summer harvest of jalapeños and serranos. They're all on the smaller side but my plants yielded a bunch of them. Might use some fresh for salsa and save the rest to dry out for future salsa and for ground chili pepper

Hey im sure you're all smart and cool and wouldn't but reminder to not go walking into and on top of meadows. Doing so not only tramples fragile plant life but also compacts the ground inhibiting yhe flow of water through the meadow causing long term or permanent drying and shrinking of the meadow
This fucking sucks. If it had been just addition of OT stuff it would be one thing but its active removal too. Also this is lame
So I accidentally broke it off while trying to a take a picture but my Serrano plant starter to grow its first pepper! I'm not on the ground floor in my building so I was a little worried about getting enough pollinators to here before my flowers grow in but this is encouraging

Back from a quick weekend camping trip and man Channel Islands National Park rules. Saw a TON of Island Foxes this time. Even snorkeled and saw the bright orange Garibaldi fish and a Harbor Seal fron pretty close. No pics of the latter 2 since we were in the water
