It's such a weird color outside from the wildfires in Canada. My phone can't capture how orange the sky is. But it baffles me that these fires 750 miles away are causing this
I wanted to make a beef orzo soup today, but I had left over spicy Italian sausage I needed to use. So I gave it a shot - and I think I found a new favorite soup on accident today! Cumin was never a spice I thought could be paired with the fennel flavors of sausage.
