As a birthday present to myself (was last week), I bought myself a portable watercolour kit from Tobio's. Yes they're in the US, but I couldn't find a comparable Canadian product. I just finished loading it up for the weekend. Stoked!

Baby peppers are now out of the seed starter / incubator and in the living room, where they'll sit for a couple of weeks before going out on the south-facing balcony.

First sleeve complete! And it took slightly less than 1 skein of yarn.

My "sanity in an insane world" current sweater knitting project is coming along well, due to... needing sanity in an insane world. Also, Aran weight knits up faster than I'd remembered. May also need a 7th skein of 🧶; we'll see.

Galarian Moltres caught today! Super rare and only appears with a daily incense. Used my only Master Ball because they are also very hard to catch. Crappy stats but who cares, I now have all 3 Galarian rare legendary birds 🎉 My phone shut down from the cold later, but I was almost home. #PokemonGo

1st sock done! Pattern: Concavity from Les Laines Biscotte, 🧶 store near me. Yarn: Bis-Sock in colourway Lilas et Moi. 56g out of 105g left, so on track. Sock is size M, and I have ladies 9 narrow feet.

My therapy has moved forward from addressing the PTSD to the decluttering / unhealthy-level attachment to objects. I've always loved style, but I've had trouble getting rid of stuff I no longer wear. The Big Brothers / Sisters bin in the garbage room is getting a lot from me :)

Closet after purging. A closet full of clothes on hangers, mostly black, cream / white, and blue-green. On the shelf above the clothes rail are two stacks of folded T-shirts to the right, and a couple of folded long-sleeve shirts to the left.

Had to replace the lovely glass buttons on my #knit Camden (detachable sleeves yay!) because the glass balls were coming off the shanks, but found equally lovely shell ones from a Canadian maker on Etsy (AvocadoStitches). 🧶

Yay my book arrived today, Entrelac Knitting, Japanese with charts 🙂 Ordered from pompadour24 on Etsy. I don't speak or read Japanese, but #knitting is sufficiently formulaic that the charts and Google Translate are enough for me. I already have several Japanese stitch dictionaries.
