This week, I noticed my Apple watch wasn’t fitting right, and it wasn’t always picking up my pulse. I adjusted a tighter, at first thinking it was a fluke. Then I tried some sizing rings. I now wear a size 12 ring rather than 13. Proof of improvement, even if the scale has hardly budged.
