World’s worst guard dog (but a real sweetheart). We just had a 5 month check in from the builder. She greeted them and was a good girl. When they left, she sat by the door and whined because they left. 😂

For my birthday this year I conditioned the seats in the cars. It’s been very reflective. The kind messages of love I’ve received over the course of the day have been uplifting and heartwarming. I’m very grateful for that. Continuing to find new purpose in retirement is a challenge and I’m learning

“Poor Mans Brisket” Chuck Eye Avocado Oil as a binder Pit Boss Prime Beef Rub Spritz with beef stock occasionally 250F for 4 hours on the pellet smoker until 165F internal. Wrap with foil back on the smoker until 205F internal. Let rest for 40 min - 1hr. So fucking good.
