Learned enough history to recognize that US democracy is at risk. Learned enough law to see that the complicity of members of one political party is the root cause. Maryland USA
JFC, @nytimes.com, a headline should supply the bomb, when appropriate: With Trump's Continued Lies, Even Republicans Tune Out.
A comment about Trump, from me before the 2016 election. He was all in, al--ready.
Help wanted! Anyone have an urge help out the herd of Trump officials who will be lining up soon?
Hey, @jenpsaki.bsky.social, this was written as a small part of a warning in the late summer of 2016. Trump is the same insane, lying, sociopath who lied about elections then.
How interesting. I don't recall receiving one of these in my prior 47 years (ok, earlier ones would come by paper mail), but here in one is in the old inbox. There's something about that 47 which makes sense.
And remember the uproar over this... even though Jimmy Carter didn't sign deals to send it to the troops.
Hey, @washingtonpost.com, didn't Michael Cohen testify that Trump never tells his lackys what to do, but they do get the message?
They are focused on our destruction, aren't they, @washingtonpost.com?
Hey, @nytimes.com, you now to bring back some of America's standing? Prosecute his fat ass and his kids, and let them rot in jail, as soon as he's out.
And @washingtonpost.com, the grift keeps coming, so open with it. TRUMP PLANS TO BENEFITS SON'S LATEST CORRUPT DEAL
Hey, @@washingtonpost.com, will Trump declare a day of national mourning?
JFC, @washingtonpost.com, what kind of idiotic headline is this? If he blamed the tooth fairy, would you open with, Tooth Fairy Accused...?
You know, @washingtonpost.com, since Trump is blaming vandalism, this suggests he'll drain, "fix," and refill the pool without considering the biochemistry he didn't consider previously..... again! How much beyond the first 14 million will this idiot cost us?
Come on @washingtonpost.com, a year of Trump stealing our money and lying about it. What kind of crap headline is yours?
There's nothing like hiding one's complete and total s... atisfaction in a complaint to ensure that Trump's domestic difficulties don't rupture the deal.
JFC, @nytimes.com, shouldn't the second sentence in the piece include a reference to "lining the pockets of Trump and his cronies"?
Hey, @washingtonpost.com, there is something about a symbolic piece of an American flag floating aimlessly in a body of water that, sadly, fits our time.
Question, @washingtonpost.com, is someone who buys and sells stock while making these decisions, timed by these decisions, working for the USA ... or himself?
It is interesting when we realize how little has changed. This small excerpt was written in 2016; its focus was on the candidate, not the election process, but its points too are still valid.
Hey, @washingtonpost.com, it is interesting that NATO leaders recognize whose poor soldiers are the suckers and losers of whom Trump speaks: those of his pal Putin.
Yes, @washingtonpost.com, as two colleagues who went to catholic school once said, when you are taught to believe nonsense as a youngster, you can grow up to be a person who will believe someone like Trump. The "religious right" knows how to raise future marks!
Isn't it incredible, @washingtonpost.com, that the GOP's f*cking leaders objected to legislation designed to provide 8 billion dollars in aid to a nation, Ukraine, fighting for its survival against Russian aggression while they struggles to object to about 2 billion going to thugs who attacked us?
Come on @washingtonpost.com! Isn't Donald Trump's birthday celebration more important than maintenance at some crappy parks he never visits! His cabinet members think so... at least when in public.
