Finally got around to doing the big end of season beret wash. (To be clear, they get washed during the season too but not after every single wear so I do a big final wash.) #KnitSky

Weather has finally been consistently cool enough for me to break out the berets and vests. Fellow fiber artists, what cozy creations are you always excited to use/wear when the weather turns cold? #KnitSky

Ossa dei morti (bones of the dead) for Day of the Dead. This is part of a long term project where I make a new traditional food related to Halloween and Halloween adjacent holidays. Suggestions for next year welcome- I've already made barmbrack, soul cakes, and pan de muerto.

When I want to knit but have nothing on the needles and no brain power to start something big, I knit stuff like this. No patterns - just messing around til I get something cute. I often add ribbon and gift them as ornaments. #KnitSky

The past few knits have been duds but this baby's pretty perfect and I'm really pleased. I should have made the shoulders slightly narrower but that's a chronic issue and will likely go on my tombstone. #FinishedKnits
