I come here to post about video games and board games and end up getting worked up over politics. Myrmecophagidae on Xbox, Nintendo, BGG. He.
I'm confused, because above, you seem to be saying that a progressive running is a "crucial test" of the ideology, not the individual.
Got my Lands of Amazement expansion collection (game by @scottalmes.bsky.social) in the mail today. After much fiddling, I finally pulled off a perfect ultrapark. I love the tension of blowing up a pretty good solution because you think you can do better. A top-tier @buttonshy.bsky.social game.

Pulled out Under Falling Skies for the first time in over two years. I forgot how much fun this game is. Tense, puzzly, quick to set up and play, and very modular – all hallmarks of a great solo game. Haven't tried the campaign yet, but hope to get to it soon.
Played my first game of Draft & Write Records. Out together a weird band with two bass players and no drummer, although they do apparently own three drum sets. Fun game, although I do question the decision to involve yellow colored pencils in a ____ & write.
First (solo) play of Men-Nefer is in the books. I snuck past the automa 78-67 despite contributing almost nothing to the great pyramid. Really fun game with a slightly tedious setup. Some good combos, but doesn't get out of hand. Can't wait to try this one with some human opponents!
Took my first stab at ranking my games on Pub Meeple. Here's my top nine. Seems accurate.
First game of Lands of Amazement from @scottalmes.bsky.social and @buttonshy.bsky.social in the books. I can already tell this is probably going to be in my top tier of Button Shy games. I love a good spatial puzzle.
