And this seitan tastes better than it looks, which I understand, ain’t that much of an accomplishment. But it’s a big world, there’s room for us all.
My much-healthier-than-me wife wanted to experiment with making seitan today and I support her. I’m also frying up a mess of hot dogs in butter in the cast iron while enjoying a canned domestic beer. Nature seeks balance.
