Believe it or not, I am doing my best. He/him.
Reminds me of one of my favorite handwritten signs I've ever seen. No need to be sorry, I think it might be for the best.
Apologies for the TikTok, but this is what I followed for the latching switch wiring. He just stuffs the wires into the male side from the PSU, I was classy and bought a crimper and plugs. www.tiktok.com/@techmakesar...
Cost sheet here. This is very mildly outdated, it turns out I didn't need the fan splitter, and I also ended up buying a molex crimping tool which I'm not counting in the cost. The big items are accurate.
UPDATE: I finally got it running last night. Installing Cachy was a pain in the ass, but most of that was because the DP cable I was using didn't want to display the desktop. I unlocked all 40 CUs, I'll monitor heat, but I played some Portal 2 and it was awesome.
All-in my build (including buying the BC250, and a 1tb gen3 NVMe chip, the two most expensive components) came in at $457. I budgeted about $12 for filament, and had to buy more screws than I needed, all of which is included in that final price.
BEHOLD my accidentally color coordinated mechanical keyboard and desk setup. I really do like sitting here!
Okay, so this isn't technically Earth 2. They are canonically distinct, and I, a comic book nerd, know that.
My XTEInk X3 arrived and it is very cool! I flashed Crosspoint onto it without issue and am currently transferring all my ebooks onto it. After that I can connect to my OPDS server to download new books!
Foraged, cooked, and ate some Japanese Knotweed shoots last night. Roasted most and sliced a few up to make into a simple syrup for cocktails. Thanks to @blackforager.bsky.social for the TikTok reminding me it’s that time of year!
Um actually I believe if you look into it you'll find that The Warner Brothers, Yakko and Wacko, and the Warner Sister Dot invented this while singing the Acme song.
I recently spotted one somehow in Franklin Park in Boston! I had heard they danced around sunset, went to the park to look, and somehow managed to see one sitting stock still on the ground. Terrible iPhone 13 Mini photo, but it was still magical!
