From election night in Orange County to votes in Washington less than 24 hours later, it’s been a whirlwind of a week. I’m eternally grateful to every volunteer, supporter, and neighbor who helped get us here. Now it’s back to the work of fighting for Orange County families every day.

They’re letting criminals out of jail and they’re putting day laborers and children into jail and calling it tough on crime. Make it make sense.

The voters of California’s 47th Congressional District have spoken clearly tonight, and I am honored by their tremendous support.

Enjoyed spending the afternoon at UCI talking with voters about the issues they care most about. I’m always grateful for the chance to hear directly from the people I represent and take those conversations back to Washington. Orange County, polls close in less than one hour!

Continuing to make way way around CA47 today, including a stop in Tustin where I met up with Tustin Councilmember Lee Fink and former Tustin Mayor Letitia Clark. Seeing lots of voters come out and having some great conversations. Let’s go!
