I’ve made so much progress since late 2022 (1st pic), and even lost another 25lbs since Aug 2025 (2nd pic)… but I feel like today I don’t notice any visible difference from those 25. I hate the fat and the flab sooooo much. I’m so tired of it. Gah 😩 Feeling v “chopped” today as they say now.

I was absolutely disgusted in Rome with how many restaurants had AI plastered everywhere especially supposedly showing “their food.” 😡🤢 It all looked like these godawful postcards. Who the hell wants an AI souvenir?!
