I've been meaning to ask - can you recommend any primers for designing and using custom tile sets? e.g. with your Breakdown set (which is beautiful btw) - is there an implied optimal way to use the source sheet? (highlighted in img) or - Should I just load it into TILED / LDTK and play around?

Especially this design (with a similar looking Angelfish I found) I will never get tired of seeing striped patterns from nature adopted into sciFi / industrial design.
