Draft recap draft recap. Last night I got the luxury of drafting Green again!! This time with blue. It was not quite as consistent as last time, I needed more duals. I ended up going 2-1 with a loss to UR artifacts aka I lost the Stature Size Shifter Standoff.
Man that really was Final Fantasy 7. I really do think this game still holds up in the big 26 despite my disdain for ATB. The message of this game really is timeless (for better and worse considering the state of things). And of course Sephiroth has insane aura
Coworker made the mistake of asking me about xenoblade. Had to send him a 5 paragraph essay and show him the stack over teams
I ended up drafting 4 color blue control after a P1P1 of Hidetsugu and Kairi. The lane was wide open but I dont have a ton of experience with this kind of deck so I deffinitely made some suboptimal picks. The draft was saved by a very late Aang, Swift Savior and wheeling the visionaries dance.
Chaos drafted for the first time in awhile last night and had a blast. My packs were MoM, Avatar, and OTJ. The other drafters in my pod had similar ideas usually swapping the OTJ for Foundations or Strixhaven with one mad lad bringing in TMNT
Nice little trophy deck today. Been having a blast with Lorehold in this format. Id love to dry a Prismari big spells deck but I guess Ill have to wait
