Lovely evening yesterday. Its important to try and see the beauty that is naturally around us and to carry the smile it leaves with you. Find some of this for yourselves today and carry the smile with you and when asked you can then share your reason for smiling and spread some happiness. 😀

Today... Live more in the moment, be more dog, however you want to say it. Stop because the birds are singing, pause to admire the bee on the flower, sit on the bench for 10 minutes and watch the ducks on the pond. Pick up some litter, talk to the homeless person. Happy Friday, happy dancing day.
