My water bottle arrived fine at the Canada Post office but during Easter Weekend and because Canada Post had inconsistent hours I never knew when they WERE FUCKING OPEN
Then they refer me to a Human to do the process IT WONT LET ME TYPE IN THE CHATBOX!! I have to write my response in a separate window, copy it, and paste it into the box. The human asks me the Same Questions as the bot and eventually tells me to Get Fucked (They cannot leave package for pickup)
The tracking says they need my Buzzer code to deliver the package My buzzer does not work, I use a key for entry. I contact Purolator through the chatbot The chatbot lets me click buttons of "yes" and "no" to get through the process, eventually having me select a pick up location. But then!
