We don’t see each others headers usually so here’s mine. (it's from @innerdecay.bsky.social)
In case you're wondering how cool I was, this is the model I drove through an 800 year old Douglas fir forest to my isolated mountainside worksite to drive a 30 tonne excavator all day.
It's just called Transit App. (I'm in 1st place on route 2 this month. This is very important)
I no longer have teenage children. Life comes at you fast. Happy birthday Viggo.
Bowl 3 is a classic combo: Sugar Crisp, Cap'n Crunch, & Honeycombs.
The dog we were fostering for 10 weeks has been adopted. Now it's a little quieter around here.
I think I'm getting the hang of the bus commute. 3yrs - carpool to work 4yrs - drive or walk to work 12yrs - walk to work 8yrs - drive with Amy to work 8mths - look for work 7days - bus to work
I went w/ this pic & <50-word bio: "Jeff sees himself as an endurance/concept artist and poet. But most folks see him as a Dad from Edmonton with a decent beard and ADHD. He has two adult children, two rescue dogs, and has been madly in love with the same lowkey juggernaut since the late 1900s."
I limited myself to the nonfiction tables, as I was taking the bus.
Need a new best friend? We've been fostering Inti since January 9. He's almost 4 months, super smart, and he's ready to be adopted! Find him at Alberta Homeward Hound: www.albertahomewardhound.com/ahhrbadoptab... (We'd keep him ourselves if we didn't already have two!)
There's a coyote wandering around on our front street, driving my dogs CRAZY.
Frozen raspberries, brown sugar, a splash of vanilla, and a few drops of lemon juice. Cooked on the stove top until it looked jam-enough, then froze in jars. I took the first jar out yesterday, and I guess I guessed the cook time right on this batch; it's the exact right amount of jammy. #jamsession
One of my least favourite chores is putting the duvet cover back on after laundry. Luckily, I had three helpers today. Many hands makes light work, but many paws does something slightly different, I think.
