Also, yes. I received my advance copy of the new #Madonna album on Tuesday. It’s a solid effort barring some minor unforced errors. Definitely my second favorite of the five post-COADF (2005) albums alongside “MDNA” (2012). 💜✨

#CarlySimon takes her 83rd trip around the sun today; what a woman, what a legacy, and with a new album imminent, it’s an exciting time. To celebrate, and because I’ve got her entire discography at my literal fingertips, I decided to pop on her fifth studio album “Playing Possum” (1975).
Happy 15th to my favorite #Beyoncé album: “4.” Issued #OTD in 2011, this record marked a shift in Beyoncé’s creative consciousness and approach. Another appropriate post for #BlackMusicMonth and #PrideMonth too. Three cheers for this record, and thank you Mrs. Carter for music, vibes and energy. 🤎
