ClovCG has it right, there is localization involved. The bulbapedia entry for drizzle shows that the Japanese language for it was "Rainfall" see image below. But i also agree that the English translation is silly, Yura Kyogre is supposed to flood the poke-earth when it appears. Not make it drizzle

Finished Divinity Original Sin 2. I have to say, overall a good game. I had some gripes with it. But i still enjoyed it and played 40+ hours in it.
