Here's an example of Belgarde's famous community relations skills. He pulled over a Metro Bus and detained it for nearly an hour because the driver honked at him (after Belgarde cut the bus off) All the passengers had to get off.
The Seattle police have appointed prolific criminal and notorious dickhead Det. Anthony Belgarde to be the liaison to the Native American Advisory Council. Belgarde is 1/4th Chippewa, according to his bio.

Chief Shon Barnes has formally resigned. Deputy Chief Andre Sayles, another outsider and one of Barnes' appointees, will take over as Interim chief for now. It's likely a stopgap measure until they can find someone to serve while the City searches for a new permanent chief.

Seattle Officer Marcus Jones, a walking red flag, escalated a simple traffic stop to violence. He goaded the man he stopped, pushed him, threw him to the ground, and arrested him for assaulting an officer. We have the video:

The car was parked at a light for over a minute. Not knowing Bellevue PD already had video of the crash, Marchione claimed that the other car “stopped suddenly.” He gave three different accounts of the incident. The police guild claimed “cognitive distractions” explained this.

KCSO put out a BOLO with pictures for someone who got into a fight with another person at an anti-ICE demo. This is the kind of thing usually reserved for bank robberies and shooting, not unproven allegations of misdemeanor assault.
