#jayvik I don’t think we talk enough about this little moment here, because if you pay close attention to Viktor’s eyes and his mouth, the subtle movement of it, he’s really tasting Jayce here with his expression alone. And of course, let’s not forget the pink in his eyes 😩
#jayvik I love the added detail of his nostrils flaring right before he freaks out. Was he about to cry? Was he savoring Viktor's scent? (while nestling into him) Did he get flustered because Viktor was naked, or did he think he was hugging him for too long and it wasn’t acceptable? :D
#jayvik firm believer that these two moments are meant to parallel each other the way Jayce looks only at the crystal, while in the end he looks down indifferent, then looks up at Viktor—the same but calm enchanted look in his eyes. Only now, Viktor is the magic. Viktor is his new dream
#jayvik I don't think I'll ever be able to articulate just how much Jayce's reaction to "it was affection that held us together" is tasty to me. The way he's taken aback, vulnerable and confused — his brain just can’t fully process what those words really mean in that moment
If I had a nickel for every time a man tried to use Jayce as a self-insert, I’d have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.
