Rounding things off for today, we have the 6th most played album of the year by the legend that is Ariana Grande - she is fantastic in Wicked. It's eternal sunshine.
Don't hound me but I actually rather liked this album by Katy Perry, I know a lot of people didn't enjoy it but there were some real gems on this one. It was my 7th most played album of the year.
8th most played album of 2024 was this gem by Sabrina Carpenter who seems to have had a very successful year. I really want to go see her live.
Number 9 in my countdown is the fantastic Pages by Shaznay Lewis, a true standout and deserved to do way better in the official charts.
Back to the countdown with my 10th most played album of the year, it's Confidence Man with 3AM (La La La)
Not quite as successful as the predecessor album (at least in my music stats) but this is Tension II, the sequel album to last years bop after bop album from Kylie Minogue. It just misses out on my Top 10 most played albums of 2024 at number 11.
She has had a fantastic year in music this year, and I expect it will only get better from here. She is bound to get some grammys under her belt in the new year. My 12th most played album of 2024 is this fantastic output from Chappell Roan.

15th most played album of 2024 is this classic from 2001, newly remastered this year and has been a treat to rediscover. It's Cher.

It may be 20 years old now but this classic Girls Aloud album recently got re-issued and so it rightfully was my 17th most played album of 2024.
Imagine Dragons has my 18th most streamed album of 2024 with this epic LP
Got some catching up to do before christmas so number 19 is this gem by Tate McRae, still on heavy rotation in 2024.
Number 20 in my AOTY 2024 countdown is this (clue: he likes to drink and drive)

The 22nd most played album of 2024 was this great album by Picture This - Parked Car Conversations. I certainly have a lot of those myself haha.

Another 90s classic is my 24th most played album of the year, I was rediscovering Miss Billie Piper a lot this year and so it's no surprise this ended up high in my listening stats.

Hit Me Hard and Soft is my 27th most played album of 2024. I like it, feel like it could have been higher but stats are stats.
