yo this was such a fun time, and performing live was a great break from the move I'm packing for! I patch while I'm playing as a part of the set; here's the final state of things at the end.

friendly reminder: when rendering stems with group/bus effects, be familiar enough with the way your app renders those effects. e.g., my drum group has a (deliberately) noisy effect on it. i didn't think much about this, so that noise is now on every individual stem from this drum group.

some software gore I just noticed: I was searching Google maps for this Dunkin location's address, and the usually boring photos tagged with the location included a literal video of the aftermath of a serious-looking car accident.

an error message in macOS, reading simply:

"The operation couldn't be completed. Undefined error: 0"

This resulted from trying to zip a folder, sometimes it's just not possible, I guess!

Haha, just kidding, long ago i got fed up with this and installed a 3rd party compression app that always works, i just sometimes forget and try to ask macOS to do it natively.
