Game 154 off the PlayStation shelf is DanceDanceRevolution Konamix for #RandomGameSaturday A pretty big release for DDR fans in the US, this entry based on 4thMix exclusively features Konami original songs. Konami had even polled players at the time to get ideas on song popularity.
At the local event. Gotta get the good games in while I can, like Cleopatra Fortune.
I can't afford to hire this guy again, so here is the appropriate response worked up in Paint.
I am wrapping up some items and then going to an event with family tomorrow. Next week's schedule should be a little more "normal" (by summer standards). Until then, the wave of emotions continues with the conclusion of Virtuoso (3DO) cleared on the IMPOSSIBLE difficulty. Our reward is audio.
I beat the Virtuoso Haunted House on hard and IMPOSSIBLE difficulties on the same stream. All emotions were experienced. Thank you to @ryyudo.bsky.social for the clip (I think)
Fine, video game. I'll try it on a harder difficulty. Virtuoso on 3DO. But what if it were on the hard difficulty? I'll find out as I am streaming live right now at www.twitch.tv/djtatsujin
I have been away from my computer most of this week, and I am making final preparations for my participation in Nintendon’t 9 (see previous repost for link). My slot is scheduled to begin at 6:29 pm (US Eastern), so I will see the chat in approximately 2 1/2 hours! 😎
A good joke I feel like only I could fully appreciate. 😄
My schedule really limits my recording time over summer, so I thought I would do a photo #WedNESday - California Games My friend group actually played this a lot, and I got into it being a fan of the C64 “Games” series. I really like the foot bag, roller skating and BMX events on this cart.
I was tempted to drop this with no text whatsoever to humor myself, but I am genuinely curious if anyone would recognize which game this comes from.
The jump scare of me dressed as Brian from Quest 64 as a featured post at the top of the @warppoint.games retro category. 😅 Thanks for the vote of confidence! I hope people enjoy the feature as much as I did making it.
Morning Streets of Rage 2 on the SEGA Nomad as a treat before work. One more SEGA session before I put all of my focus on Nintendon't this weekend! Streaming live now at www.twitch.tv/djtatsujin
When you get a perfect clear on the bonus stage for a cart, not only do you get the previous difficulty splash screen, but it also gives you a code. If you connect Sonic (1) to S&K, you can input your own codes to generate blue sphere levels. This is the code for The Ooze's level:
You get one set blue sphere bonus stage when you connect a game to Sonic & Knuckles that isn't Sonic 1-3. I was able to clear The Ooze's set blue sphere stage, and it turned out to be a difficulty level 9 - the highest I've seen so far. (The Ooze seeks his own (difficulty) level)
Game 71 off the SEGA Saturn shelf for #RandomGameSaturday is the Neon Genesis Evangelion Digital Card Library, and since it was beside it, we’ll throw in the Yoshiyuki Sadamoto Illustrations as well. Card Library: Complete mini-games to earn trading cards with the goal of collecting the entire set!

I was sort of clued in to Sonic's anniversary when the Phantasy Star Online server started putting characters in the lobby. Dr. Robotnik is now a banker. I truly feel like I could trust Robotnik with my money.
Just a little more Nintendo GameCube on this fine Wednesday morning. Ignore the image. This will be completely normal video gaming. Stream is now live at www.twitch.tv/djtatsujin
*I sweat nervously after being too busy yesterday to prepare anything for Sonic the Hedgehog's birthday, and I hope he doesn't notice I repurposed a gift he gave me 20 years ago*
It's 623 Day again. Make jump-ins from the right side of the screen at your own risk today. 😎
Result: Retro Achievement mastery and sub-15 minute tournament pro% speedrun. I'll still play Double Dragon V for fun, but I'd have to say every goal I could have in the SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive version has been met.
Doing a stream to catch up on some unfinished Retro Achievements business - Double Dragon V: The Shadow Falls on SEGA Genesis. One character to go for achievement mastery, and then a speedrun. As a treat. www.twitch.tv/djtatsujin
Game 119 off the SEGA Genesis shelf for #RandomGameSaturday is Double Dragon. This didn’t release until 1992, and I think I played this once. My recollection is that it moves slightly faster than the arcade version, but it remains pretty faithful if you’re using the elbow all the time. 😉
Mega Man Network Transmission was interesting enough to warrant me continuing through the story. Part two of my playthrough is streaming live now at www.twitch.tv/djtatsujin
And, of course, this game has an absolutely sick intro video:
