They're hoping to move it to downtown Newark. The National Museum of Railroad, History, Innovation, and Trucking. I heard it from Uncle Junior.
Was it over when the Islamic Republic of Japan BOMBED Pearl Harbor? Hell NO!
My Wife went out bicycling and in an urban park found 3 Big colonies of Chicken in the Woods! She collected one and left the others for the world. Thank you sweetie.
We’re in Ocean Grove NJ enjoying ice cream at a beautiful place. I love this style of good urban space. People are walking, bicycling, having conversations at the coffee shop and here. One other observation, cloth awnings. We’re cool and comfortable on an otherwise unpleasantly hot day.
That's a very nice rock. And if the museum wanted to have a little light hearted fun, have it disappear and leave in its place a monogramed glove with a P on it.
Step 4. Refuse the Smithsonian's request for the Folklife booths on the mall that would have featured festivals from all over the country.
If you pick Gooseberries you know that their sharp thorns pick. But these work gloves I picked up for a winter car repair protect my finger from the “claws.”
Big storm coming so I’m taking my vacation day to get the harvest in. Ruby Red Gooseberries!
Just two kitties. Simone is a warrior princess that other cats run from. And her coloration and her war cry / ululations are similar. Hobbes is the big furry and purry orange boy that has to endure the swats and screams of the warrior princess.
Champagne Currants and Ruby Red Gooseberries from my backyard. And the other children wondered why I like unsweetened Kool Aid. OH YEAH!
We came back from our bicycle ride to the coffee shop and when Simone heard my voice downstairs she came racing down the stairs. “Meow-meow-meow-meow- trill- trill.” Of course she said yes when I asked if she wanted to go outside. “Mrrow! Mrrow!” She responded.
Something Awful has some great retitling of the Choose your own adventure books. My favorites are actually the not to safe for work. But this one is fun and cute. i.somethingawful.com/mjolnir/imag...
I really enjoyed listening to Kim Stanley Robinson talk last night in Brooklyn at the Pioneer Works. And the entire trip to and from RedHook was by transit. We also purchased and had signed a copy of Ministry of the Future.
I must not post this on my city's facebook page. I must not post this on my city's facebook page. I must not post this on my city's facebook page.
Aristophanes wrote about these… ;) I love the curvy patterns of many clouds.
Simone the kitty kept begging to go O-U-T-S-I-D-E, (don't say that word out loud) while I was cleaning it on the porch and is now parked right now underneath it.
Sooo… the Halloweeneen has begun at Michael’s. I find this diorama very intriguing because although it’s supposed to be spooky scary, those dense urbanist 15 minute walk rooms for rent would go for a premium. I would be living next to a pub with Poetry Slams, a wild plant store and a bookshop.
Service Berries and Bitter Black Cherries are in season in my neighborhood park. Yum!
Cherry Trees are beginning to bear ripe fruit in New Jersey near 23 Skidoo coffeehouse.
It's nice, but there are others that are a bit more snazzy. I hate to say it, but I am attracted to Bimbos. Well, Volugrafo Bimbo 46's.
