Week 4 ✅️ REALLY bad this week. Big time regressions, gained a pretty stunning amount of weight. I needed energy elsewhere, show at UCB, friend's wedding, academic conference, but still. These first few weeks are vital and I'm kinda pissed i dropped the ball. Dial in. I look cute as hell anyway tho
