last three racks out the smoker. last 50 minutes were wrapped with onions, bell peppers, and jalapeno peppers... and a splash of apple cider vinegar. will cool and freeze for eating in a couple weeks.
last three racks of ribs out of the smoker - wrapped w/ veggies - and back in for the last hour, maybe a bit less. and then cool and freeze.
last three racks of ribs are in the smoker. using Hey Grill Hey rib rub today.

gotta get back to some positivity. i've been working in the yard all day, and that's a good thing. this is the Spring Sizzle® Panicle Hydrangea by First Editions®. these blooms will soon turn into a deep red. #bloomscrolling
