My attempt a few years ago... did not follow a recipe... I just soaked the biscuits in lemon juice and limoncello, and mixed lemon curd into the mascarpone. Pro tip don't decorate with zest, it goes hard and unpleasant after a day. Ended up making a second version garnished with white choc instead.
