yeah, I bought the mandi on a whim knowing I was going to have a Turkish/middle eastern bbq dinner. The smell when I poured the butter over everything was honestly intoxicating. The sauce fro breakfast was leftovers from this.
ekmek is a sorf of puffy Turkish flatbread, mandi, i discovered yesterday (and bought for obvious reasons 🙄) is a Yemeni spice blend that's ginger dominant. I melted a load of butter with a good shake and a bit of extra chilli and poured over yoghurt (last night)
