I was feeling nostalgic for my Army days, so I made some chili mac. It's pretty good. Some of the peppers are from our garden.

I love this pan. I picked it up on Facebook Marketplace for less than half price. It's the lightest cast iron pan that I have ever handled.

We went to the bonsai exhibit at Olbrich Gardens. Meanwhile there was a shelter in place warning about a possible tornado.

Found some collard and mustard greens from last year growing in the garden. I planted my potatoes and covered them with last year's straw.
